~How long does it take to receive an order?  Joint PainAway is shipped by USPS First Class Mail the day after you order and should be on your doorstep 3 to 5 business days later. Orders placed Friday-Sunday are shipped on Monday. ~Can I get the item(s) faster? (Express Overnight, etc.)  Our USPS First Class mail will arrive very quickly at your doorstep. At this time, we do not currently offer express overnight shipment. ~What are the shipping costs?  Shipping starts at $4.95 per delivery of Joint PainAway to your home. If larger quantities are purchased in your order, shipping and handling will be calculated accordingly.                                                                                                 ~Can you ship to a P.O. Customer Support FAQs ~What if Joint PainAway doesn't work?  Joint PainAway covers you for a full 30 days starting from the date the product was shipped to you. If you're not 100% satisfied with your results, simply email us at jointpainaway@outlook.com and send us back your unused portion for a full refund. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non- refundable. Please remember that you need to receive a return number after you email us and then send in your unused portion to receive a refund. ~When will I receive my package?  Orders placed in the United States are shipped immediately by USPS First Class mail and arrive in 3-5 business days ~How can I be sure that my information is safe and secure?  Your order is processed using our 128 bit security encryption. This makes our order processing 128 times more secure than when you use your card at the grocery store ~Will I be billed if I keep my free bottle?  After your 14-day free trial and you realize that you love Joint PainAway, simply do nothing. On day 14 will you be shipped a fresh, one month supply of Joint PainAway and be billed the value price of $18 (originally $33) plus $4.95 shipping and handling. There is no obligation and you can cancel your membership at any time and for any reason. ~How fast will Joint PainAway work?   Joint PainAway begins working from your very first dose, most notice a substantial difference after 30 days. Best results have been shown from users taking Joint PainAway for a minimum of 2 months. ~Does Joint PainAway interfere with my other medication?  If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a history of heart conditions we suggest consulting with a physician before using Joint PainAway. Trial Offer FAQs ~What is the return Policy?  Our free trial offer does not obligate you to purchase our product. If you cancel before 14 days have passed, you will not be shipped another supply of Joint PainAway and you will not be billed. You can keep your free bottle as our gift to you. After the 2 Week Free Trial, and you would like a refund for your purchase, you only need to send back the unused portion within 30 days of the date the product was shipped to you and a full refund will be provided. Refunds will be provided regardless of reason. ~How and where do I send a return? To receive a full refund, you must send an email to jointpainaway@outlook.com and a customer service rep will send you an email with a return number. Once you have a number you will need to send that with the returned bottle.         ~Do you provide a money back guarantee?  Yes, we provide a 30 day money back guarantee. This means that we offer a 110% Money Back Guarantee (less shipping and handling) for any returned product postmarked within 30 days of the date the product was shipped to you. ~What is your cancellation policy?  You can cancel your member subscription to Joint PainAway at any time.
